As a lead concept artist at Painting Practice, Rafael has tackled many challenging projects - Nike’s animated commercial The Last Game, Coca Cola’s Letters to Santa and Tale of Contour, concept and matte painting work for Black Mirror, and visual development for Robert Zemecki’s Allied. Raf also has a proven track record as talented art director with his most recent credits being the newly adapted Watership Down. 

Raf has an extensive understanding of animation and creative conceptual design, working as an animation director at Zinkia Entertainment and concept artist for animation films at Hammer & Tongs.

Raf is now a partner of Painting Practice and will be leading our new studio based in Madrid.
